Job Purpose:
The job holder provides the first point of personal contact with the present / potential customers (internal / external) and has the opportunity to create the first impression. Welcoming the customers and assist them and managing the customers waiting area. Competencies which deliver courteous and informed treatment of customers need to be combined with general understanding of the organization’s products/services and other background knowledge for providing simple services directly. The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Visitor Handling: Interact courteously with all visitors to establish a welcoming rapport and create a favorable first impression.
- Request Handling: Respond appropriately to visitor’s requests for information, service, or problem resolution either by meeting these needs directly or guiding the visitor to appropriate service points. Customer Awareness: Make visitors aware of the range of products/services/facilities to address their specific needs.
- Service Provision: Provide simple information/administrative services directly.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Customer Service knowledge.
