Job Purpose:

Operations Team Member is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring, moderate to highly complex operational and accounting functions to support Liv. Business functions. Additionally, this position is responsible for covering all areas of operations and comply with bank policies and procedures, as well as all SAMA banking regulations.

The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

 

  • Manage third party’s operation, such as debit card delivery and follow up.
  • Manage payments and reviewing invoices.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery performance of last mile delivery to ensure that 98% of orders are delivered on time.
  • Ensure Compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.
  • Work with Liv. IT Team to resolve persistent issues, and to suggest/recommend new ideas that will lead to both cost/time. Optimization and customer satisfaction.
  • Review success report post upload and ensure all accounts listed for closure in the file has been closed in Finacle.
  • Identify and mark the dormant accounts that are to be closed as per the bank’s policy (Dormant/ Fraud accounts).
  • Support account maintenance processes and updates.
  • Adherence to SAMA Regulations.
  • Monitor failed debit card top-up transactions and manual voucher posting.

 

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
