Job purpose:
Product Assistant Manager will be responsible to conceptualize and launch new product propositions, establish permanent product features and benefits and contribute to the overall product strategy. The objective will be to create differentiation and competitive advantage in KSA and support sales to grow the portfolio. Product collaterals and communication across all channels adhering and applying Central Bank (SAMA) regulations to any new products and services.
Main tasks:
- Timely product launch.
- Enhanced customer engagement.
- Compliance with SAMA guidelines.
- Enriching product CVPs.
- Impactful ATL campaigns.
- Improved product collateral and website.
- Channel alignment for cards.
- All aspects Loyalty.
- Co-brand partnerships.
- Product P&L.
- All aspects of loyalty including P&L impact, provisions, accounting.
