Drive the strategic growth and profitability of Retail Asset portfolio including Personal Finance, Home Finance, Auto Lease and Lending against Assets (Lombard). Lead the product development and portfolio management to deliver sustainable revenue while maintain risk and compliance standards. Strengthen customer value proposition through innovation and service excellence. Provide visionary leadership to build high performing team and ensure market competitiveness.
