Job Purpose:
Retail Risk department is to manage Credit Policies across consumer products i.e. Personal Finance, Auto Lease, Credit Cards & Home Loan Ijarah. MIS & Analytical, Employer/Companies enrolment & management also the QA-Credit Control functions. The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Responsible for writing & implementing all Consumer Credit policies ensuring that all regulatory requirements are updated (Personal Finance, Credit Cards, Auto Lease and Home Loan Ijarah).
- Monitor the health of Consumer Credit portfolio to identify emerging segments to optimize viable business opportunities as well as to curb risky elements.
- High tickets referral and exception approval cases and has authority to waive collection settlement cases.
- Develop marketing and financial modeling tools to improve decision making.
- Prepare Monthly dashboard and Quarterly Retail Risk Letter to CRO and GRC.
- Participation on Risk related inward & outward decisions.
- Ensure all audit report are closed before target date.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or any related field.
- +10 years of banking experience.
- Retail risk knowledge.
